State Inspections are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis only. To adhere to VIRGINIA STATE GUIDELINES, we strongly encourage all individuals to ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION upon drop off or vehicle check in; to better accommodate social distancing in the waiting area. Appointment reminder: Your scheduled appointment time is with your service advisor only. Upon check-in, your service advisor will communicate the estimated wait time. STATE INSPECTIONS are only available first come, first serve; regardless of appointment for service, maintenance, and/or repair. NO CONTACT/DROP OFF SERVICE available before, during and after business hours. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE will be available at this time. Thank you for your cooperation and patience. As of March 31, 2020 until further notice, all vehicles being serviced must be picked up during the service center normal business hours.
